2)、if a customer wants to provide an advice or a modification plan, before sending to us he should carefully check the samples and the electronic document proofs required and sign them;

3)、All original texts, drafts or samples forward by the customer to us should be signed by him/her.

4)、concerning a product which is hard to print, the customer should provide the product proofing service, so he/she may fully understand the product manufacturing process;

5)、The customer should provide a clear requirements also according to the customer request we can ordely arrange the products.

◇ Printing services

1)、Serious and responsible printing work in accordance with the customer requirements;

2)、The customer must provide at least two samples in order for the work to be perfect;

3)、We resolve any problems occuring after the printings, in order to meet the customer requirements in a timely manner,

◇ Additional service

1)、according to the customer request we can arrange the printings in a chronological order

2)、all semi-finished or finished products are submitted to a serie of tests in order to verify their quality

3)、Each product is strictly tested and detected faulty elements are eliminated.

4)、fter that all the products are successfully tested (without any anomalies detected), they are all issued a quality certificate.

◇ After serving you

1)、We pack according to customer requirements.customers inside the city will see their package(s) sent for free.if the packages are oversized, hired large vehicles will send them ;

2)、for customers outside the city,the printed materials will be sent at their personal requests ( the first time we notify the customers about the time arrival of the goods.)

3)、customer may send a feedback , when having questions or concerns about the company's product quality (such as color deviation, size not matching ect... ), you must notify us within 24 hours,and we will work with you to find out the causes .If indeed its our fault we will bear all responsibilities.
